Following their promotion to League One, seven Wrexham players may depart from the team.

Co-creator of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, McElhenney, stated on X that he was watching the game from Los Angeles and wrote, “No words.”
In addition, he praised Paul Mullin, the standout striker for Wrexham, who scored twice in the first half to give his team a 4-0 advantage at the break.
I think my favorite of his goals is this one. Not a high-roller or anything special. Just tenacity, diligence, and determination,” he stated.

Like any promotion, of course, this would likely include a squad revamp over the summer, which will be aided by the fact that several players have expiring contracts.
The contracts of center backs Ben Tozer, Aaron Hayden, and Jordan Tunnicliffe expire at the end of the current campaign.
The player with the longest tenure for the team, Luke Young, also has a contract that ends on June 30.

However, Mansfield trailed MK Dons for the first thirty minutes of their match until defender Elliott Hewitt’s equalizer gave Wrexham the lead for the time being.
And Nigel Clough’s team overcame all obstacles in the second half to secure a 4-1 victory, while Wrexham thoroughly destroyed their opponents, 6-0, leaving them facing National League football.
Luckily for the Wrexham supporters, the drama had subsided to almost nothing by halftime, and there were displays of fan excitement at the end.
