Birmingham City’s fines list has been leaked online with Tom Brady‘s club notably imposing hefty penalties on players for punctuality.
The Blues have enjoyed a solid start to the new season, having gone unbeaten in all three of their opening games, notably securing a 1-0 win against Leeds United on Saturday afternoon.
John Eustace’s also booked their place int he second round of the Carabao Cup after Birmingham defeated Cheltenham 2-0 last week.
Things seem to be going well on the pitch and that may be down to some of the ‘Off-Field Discipline Rules’ that the club have in place, which have been leaked online.

On their fines list, players will be charged £250 if they arrive late to a training session and will be hit with a £3,000 penalty if they turn up late to a home match day.
If a player turns up to a match day meeting late, they will also be docked £500, while injured players must report at 8:30am unless otherwise told to by medical staff or face a £500 fine.
Perhaps the most interesting penalty on the Players Code of Conduct is that ‘Players must enter the building through reception and say good morning to all the staff on the desk’.
Should they fail to say hello to the club’s staff they must pay £250 to the club’s fine master.
The code of conduct goes on to state: ‘Any fines not settled will be doubled. If not paid, a salary deduction will be taken. All fines are a the discretion of management staff.’
This summer Birmingham have been hard at work to strengthen their squad, bringing in several new faces including Dion Sanderson from Wolves, Lee Buchanan from Werder Bremen and Ethan Laird from Man United.
The trio featured on Saturday as Lukas Jutkiewicz’s 91st minute goal helped the midlands outfit secure three points.
It comes after Brady bought into the club earlier this summer, claiming that ‘while he has a lot to learn about football’ he claimed ‘I do know a few things about winning, and I think they may translate pretty well.’
The seven-time Super Bowl winner notably spoke to the players in the dressing room before the game against Leeds and it appears his words may have helped them get the win.
After the match he claimed he was ‘humbled’ but the experience, saying: ‘From the moment we walked into The Roost, to the second the penalty hit the back of the net, your energy was humbling and a moment I won’t ever forget.
‘Thank you to all the supporters for welcoming us into this family with open arms.’
The fines list also sets out rules on how the players should wear their kit as well as rules for reporting injuries.
‘Club attire should be worn whenever travelling on the team coach and whilst in team meetings and dining rooms at the hotel. Fine £200 if not in correct kit,’ the rules state.
The Blues finished 17th in the Championship last year but will be hoping to climb the leaderboard this season.

Players will be fined £100 if any kit is left in the training room or if a player wears jewellery during training or a game.
Players are also given strict rules that require them to be wearing their GPS monitors and heart rate monitors before training and the club will dock them £100 if they are not returned in a timely manner to their ‘personal pigeon holes.’
Birmingham also set out clear regulations on the use of mobile phones, prohibiting players from using a phone in the dressing room 90 minutes before kick-off, with a £250 fine being the resulting punishment.
Meanwhile, fees of £100 will also be applied should a player use a phone during the first 30 minutes of a meal or bringing their phone into the club’s treatment room.
