Three Leeds United players will leave the club for a total of £60 million to move abroad, according to artificial intelligence, and a major Championship promotion opponent will recruit a £15 million player.

Two Leeds exits rank first among the “notable outgoings” according to the BettingSites.co.uk team’s AI-powered predictions of the major Championship deals for the forthcoming summer transfer window.

According to the AI forecast, colleague Willy Gnonto will go for Serie A club AC Milan for 25 million euros, while Crysencio Summerville will join Chelsea for £32 million. Another Leeds-related transaction has Jamie Shackleton leaving the team to sign a £3.5 million contract with Middlesbrough.

The prediction also includes Wout Weghorst leaving Burnley to sign a permanent contract with 1899 Hoffenheim for £15 million, Ellis Simms from Coventry City moving to Brentford for £16 million, and Ross Barkley leaving Luton Town to sign a £12 million contract with Aston Villa.

In terms of noteworthy arrivals, Watford signs Harry Wilson from Fulham for £11.5 million, while Sheffield United, Leeds United’s new divisional opponents, signs Fabio Carvalho from Liverpool for £15 million.

Rhian Brewster from Norwich City is expected to join Sheffield United for £10 million, while Alex Scott is expected to move from Bournemouth to West Brom for the same amount of money. Luton Town signs Adam Idah from Norwich City in a further £10 million deal.

The head of sports PR at BettingSites, Liam Solomon, will be closely monitoring potential moves when the summer transfer market begins on Thursday.

“We are in for a fairly manic summer transfer window if AI had it right and some of these predicted Championship transfers actually happen,” he stated.

“It’s going to be a significant transfer window, with players like Wilfried Gnonto and Crysencio Summerville, two of Leeds United’s finest players, perhaps leaving Elland Road. Not to mention players that left the Championship to play for Premier League teams or in Europe, like Wout Weghorst, Ross Barkely, Jadon Philogene, Ellis Simms, and Matty Phillips.

“Coventry, Hull, and Middlesbrough are obviously aiming for the play-offs this year, and Burnley, Leeds, Sheffield United, and Luton will all be vying for promotion back to the top division.”

“Be ready for a potentially intense summer transfer window in the Championship, should any of these transfers actually materialize.”
