Mohammed Kudus, who joined West Ham in the summer, will have time to adjust, according to manager Moyes.
The £38 million signing from Ajax scored on his debut appearance for the Hammers as they defeated Backa Topola of Serbia on Thursday night to open their Europa League campaign.
The Ghanaian international, who marks a big coup for the east London club after summer ties with moves to Chelsea and Arsenal, is held in high regard.
Despite this, Moyes is prepared to be cautious when it comes to integrating Kudus, especially given how well his West Ham team has already started the season.
As we’ve stated about several of our new players who have joined the Premier League, “we’re getting used to us and we’re still getting used to him,” he remarked.
“We’re going to give Mo the chance to get acclimated, but he made a good contribution on Thursday night,” says the boss.
Due to illness, Jarrod Bowen is questionable for the Sunday trip to Liverpool. He is an England international.
