The most recent information regarding Diego Gomez’s impending move to Brighton & Hove Albion has been given by Tata Martino. The midfield player is getting close to moving to England.

This past weekend, rumors circulated that the Paraguay international would be joining the Seagulls this summer. Gomez will stay in Florida until the conclusion of the season, and Inter Miami is expected to pay him up to $17 million.

This season, Gomez has become one of Inter Miami’s top players. The 21-year-old has flourished under Martino in a variety of roles, starting as a winger and center midfielder in the starting lineup.

Additionally, the Inter Miami player updated everyone on Gomez’s relocation to Brighton.

Martino is optimistic that Gomez will be able to finish the season with Inter Miami.
Speaking to the media following the Herons’ victory over the Chicago Fire last night, Martino stated that Gomez’s transfer to Brighton is now a matter of “when” rather than “if.” The Inter Miami manager expressed optimism that the young player can stay with the Herons through the conclusion of the season.

Gomez’s transfer to Brighton may, in fact, become official as early as next week, and Martino acknowledged that the transaction will proceed through what will be a historic transfer for the Herons.

When questioned about Gomez’s potential transfer to Brighton later this summer, Martino responded, “It is more than just Brighton’s interest in Diego, and sooner or later this was

“In a year and a half with us he has demonstrated his quality. We’d love to keep him until the end of the year, but we don’t know when he will go. I think that particular Premier League club would be a good place for him.”

Gomez is a talented new addition for Brighton.
Gomez has repeatedly demonstrated this year why he is considered one of the top players in the Major League Soccer (MLS), and Brighton will be well aware of his skill level even before he moves to the south coast of England.

Regardless of his spot in the starting lineup or the role Martino has given Gomez, the Paraguay international has not stopped impressing for Inter Miami. The midfielder is able to adjust to changing circumstances with ease.

Gomez, 21, will want to succeed in England if given the chance by the Seagulls in 2025. If he starts out strong at Brighton, he may be a true success story.
