The 22-year-old signs a four-year contract and moves from France for an estimated £3.4 million.
This summer, the Benin international will transfer to Turf Moor alongside Shurandy Sambo and Lucas Pires. Johann Berg Gudmundsson has also returned after his unexpected U-turn.

Hountondji is characterized as a flexible forward with the ability to play a variety of positions throughout the front line.
Hountondji, who was born in Montry, in the north of France, signed his first professional deal in 2019 and started his career with Caen.
The attacker began his career with Caen’s reserve team before making his professional debut in a Ligue 2 match in April 2021.
Following a brief loan stint with Quevilly-Rouen, Hountondji scored six goals in 15 games while on loan at Orléans, marking his first significant achievement.
But his most memorable season to date was the previous one, when he made 35 appearances in the French second division with Rodez and scored 14 goals.
He contributed 23 goals in total across all competitions, leading Rodez to an unexpected fourth place in Ligue 2, where they made it to the play-offs but were eliminated in the opening round.
Hountondji was born in France to a French mother and a Beninese father, holding dual nationality. In an African Cup of Nations qualification, he made his debut for the Benin national team in a 1-1 draw with Senegal.
