During training this morning, Leicester City manager Steve Cooper must have been thrilled to see his newest recruit, Odsonne Edouard, tearing it up.
On deadline day, the Frenchman left Crystal Palace to join Leicester on loan. He was adroit at converting opportunities from a variety of angles, which will help Cooper—who needs all the firepower he can get—a great deal.
Edouard took up the ball, cut in, and bent an attempt into the top bin with a curling move that drew the eye. But because Cooper was in the way, the camera crew was unable to fully film the spectacular strike.
As a gentleman, Copper apologized for interfering with the photo before carrying on with the session.
Jamie Vardy, who is nearing the end of his career, has been too dependent on the Foxes. This semester, they require a new lucky charm to help them score goals and lead them to safety. They might have their guy in the former Celtic striker.
Although Edouard hasn’t appeared on the field for Leicester this season, he will be hoping to participate following the international break. It’s interesting to note that Leicester visits Edouard’s former haunt right after the international matches.
