Even though the summer transfer window is closed, Tim Steidten, the technical director of West Ham, is already organizing the next addition.
The West Ham board strongly supported Tim Steidten and Julen Lopetegui’s efforts to restructure the team during the summer transfer window.

Nine new players were committed for a total of almost £155 million.

Naturally, that assumes Jean-Clair Todibo’s contract is extended once he makes five Premier League starts.

Who knows, though, considering how frequently Lopetegui is currently utilizing him?

As it stands, it appears like a matter of time until Todibo is included in the Hammers starting lineup.

That should be against Chelsea this weekend, according to many supporters.

After the major renovation, West Ham has left itself a little weak at center-back and possibly up forward.

Four of the twelve players who left, if Ben Johnson, the utility central defender, is included, could play center back.

When the obligation clause is triggered, Max Kilman and Todibo will have received a combined sum of about £70 million.

At West Ham, Lopetegui has said emphatically that he wants two senior players in each position.

But of the center defenders he presently has, only Todibo, Kilman, and Konstantinos Mavropanos meet that description.

After the transfer market closed, West Ham’s new head coach recently revealed that he and the team were considering out-of-contract players.

Defensors Mats Hummels, Mario Hermoso, John Egan, and Joel Matip were all linked to moves to West Ham.

Egan even participated in a friendly match between West Ham and Dagenham & Redbridge behind closed doors.

However, Lopetegui chose not to sign him or Matip at this time.

Rather, the team is aware that Edson Alvarez can step in and that Academy prospects Kaelan Casey and Ezra Mayers are also in the wings.

After a patchy debut season with the club, Mavropanos’ future in the team is still up in the air.

In any case, it appears that West Ham might eventually need to add a fourth central defender.

Groundwork is being done by West Ham for 6′ 3″ Duncan.
Following the Lopetegui call, Steidten now has a “strapping” signing scheduled for West Ham.

The manager of the Hammers made the wise decision to stick with his current center-back lineup. At least until January.

This has allowed Steidten more time to plan the signing of a more prudent athlete who can contribute going forward as opposed to bringing in a guy who is close to 30 and has a dubious injury history.

It appears like West Ham has already decided who would be best in that position.

That’s what journalist Alan Nixon of the Sun says.

Because a 16-year-old who is already an impressive 6 feet 3 inches tall and is thought to be a future star for England is someone West Ham wants to sign.

Because West Ham wants to sign a 16-year-old who is already an astonishing 6 feet 3 inches tall and is seen as a future star for England.

Thus, Steidten is getting things started early in an effort to win the tournament for a player dubbed the “new John Stones.”

Duncan is reportedly so gifted that Steve Evans’ starting lineup at Rotherham may soon include him.

“Both Hammers and City are already checking him out in the under-18s as his eye-catching performances cause a stir,” reads Nixon’s Patreon page.

“Millers are ready for high offers, and 6’3″ Duncan is a strong player who can score from set pieces.”

“Millers are preparing for big offers, and Duncan, a powerful 6’3″, can also score from set pieces.”

Duncan’s handling of seasoned strikers is claimed to have already drawn attention.

This is a perfect fit for Steidten’s recruitment strategy, which is akin to Red Bull. acquiring a young, gifted star before the top have a chance to sign him.

An issue is Man City’s interest. However, a much higher likelihood of playing for the first team in the near future and being a member of the first team squad would undoubtedly give West Ham the advantage.

It appears that a very skilled player could be on his way to West Ham United in January or the summer after that.

While Julen Lopetegui had an amazing summer transfer window at West Ham, he did not succeed in one particular mission.

The head coach of the Hammers was determined to sign a young, quick center-forward for the London Stadium in the summer, which is why he pursued Aston Villa sensation Jhon Duran for a long time.

In the end, West Ham bought Niclas Fullkrug from Borussia Dortmund after missing out on the Colombian international.

The German’s difficult beginning to his time with the Hammers has already been extensively reported, and it appears that Lopetegui is already trying to find a solution for that specific issue.

It is “likely” that the “explosive” attacker will sign for West Ham in January.
Thus, it appears that Lopetegui is planning to buy a striker who is incredibly swift and nimble during the January transfer window.

Although I still believe Fullkrug will work well for us, having an additional option up front will be helpful.
