According to a new lawsuit, Chris Brown and Lil Durk plagiarized another artist’s music for their collaboration “Till The Wheels Fall Off”.

Music producer Micah Foster is suing Breezy and Durk, alleging that CB blatantly ripped off his work after Micah played it for Chris on a mixtape.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Foster alleges Chris and Durk’s “Till The Wheels Fall Off” steals the melody, hook, and arrangement from his similarly titled song “Wheels Fall Off.”

Foster claims he published his song in 2019, three years before Chris and Durk teamed up with Capella Grey to produce and promote “Till The Wheels Fall Off.”
