Celtic extended their amazing start to the Scottish Premiership season with a 6-0 win away to St Johnstone on Saturday.

Brendan Rodgers’ strikers combined for half of the team’s goals over the weekend, with Kyogo Furuhashi scoring twice in the first half and substitute Adam Idah scoring off the bench in the second.
The Japan international quadrupled his season tally after scoring only two goals in all competitions before Saturday, although he also missed three ‘great chances’ against St Johnstone, bringing his total to eleven in the Premiership this season.
Idah, who has four goals in his last three games, will look to challenge Kyogo throughout the season and eventually earn a spot in the starting lineup.
Celtic paid £8.5 million to capture the teenage marksman on a permanent deal from Norwich City during the summer transfer window, indicating that they believe he has the ability to do so.
