Nottingham Forest signing Dean Henderson could see Manchester United making a move for Rangers stopper Robby McCrorie, according to Herald Scotland.
The media outlet wrote on its website on Friday (11 August) that the Premier League outfit wants to sign Henderson, who spent last season on loan at the City Ground.
Henderson is currently the second choice at Old Trafford and it’s understood the Light Blues will not stop McCrorie from leaving.
Another one
A number of players have left Rangers this summer, with the likes of Ryan Kent, Alfredo Morelos, Allan McGregor and Fashion Sakala being among the noteworthy ones.
McCrorie is not likely to become the first choice and if he’s getting more wages at United, it makes sense for him to move.
It’s also a better league to play in and while he won’t really be getting too many minutes, it is an entirely different ball game in England.

Gers are looking for a seven-figure fee and United should have no problem in shelling out that kind of money to secure his services.
It remains to be seen if an official bid ends up arriving by the Premier League outfit or the other two clubs keen on signing the shot stopper.
Michael Beale will also be looking for more incomings as they need to find defensive reinforcements sooner rather than later.
