The execution of Blackpool’s strategy against Stevenage on Saturday pleased CJ Hamilton.

In the Seasiders’ three-goal triumph at Bloomfield Road, Hamilton scored his first goal for the team this season. The Seasiders player has consistently had faith in his teammates to perform, and he views the victory as an additional piece of the puzzle as momentum increases moving ahead. “We work hard on those patterns of play all week so I was delighted to finish it off for the goal,” Hamilton stated. “We had to make up for what we did last week. At 2-0, we definitely have to finish the game; otherwise, we’re not secure. However, adding a third goal is always a plus. Everyone is aware that Steve Evans will make the game difficult.

“Jordan Rhodes’ goal demonstrated the striker’s instinct; it is clear why he has scored so many goals during his career because he is constantly in the right place at the right time. He’s always moving, planning his next move, and evidently working toward a certain objective.

“It’s great to play alongside him because he puts in a lot of effort and helps a lot of us in the team, especially the young players like Kylian Kouassi and the youngsters developing. It’s fantastic to have that little bit of expertise in that part of the field. Additionally, everyone was cheering for Owen Dale, as evidenced by the party in the corner. both throughout the game and last week

Hamilton was more than happy to secure the victory with the third and final goal on a day when Blackpool was merciless going forward and in charge of the majority of the action. He talked about the teamwork and faith that are still paying off in the locker room.

“It’s always been a good dressing room, this season the boys are fully together and the atmosphere has been great with everyone together both on and off the field,” Hamilton said. “We can see the advantages of that on the field. I’ve always believed in us and supported us from the beginning of this season, so maybe we can continue and succeed.

“The squad is incredibly difficult because everyone is fighting and vying for the shirt, so you have to be good or the coach won’t hesitate to replace it. We ought to have moved even further after last week, but we made a step in the right direction, and we need to follow it up by traveling to Oxford United the following week.

“Games in this league happen frequently, so we’ll soon be back to the Saturday to Tuesday schedule. The boys constantly put in additional effort and work, whether it’s in recovery or on the field, so the gaffer has us gaining momentum now and hopefully we can keep this up.
