The Leader has reported that Wrexham will evaluate Anthony Forde and Jacob Mendy prior to the weekend.
On Saturday, Wrexham will resume their League Two campaign. They have to travel to Valley Parade on the road to play Bradford City.

Mendy and Forde have both lately missed time due to injuries. They are both, though, pressing for a comeback to face the Bantams. The Leader also notes that winger Ryan Barnett has returned following his three-game suspension. Nevertheless, Andy Cannon, a midfielder, still has one game remaining to miss due to his recent red card.

Wrexham transfer updates
The 29-year-old Forde has made nine appearances for Wrexham this season across all competitions. It will help to have him back because he adds experience to their ranks. The winger was once signed by Oxford United, Rotherham United, Walsall, and Wolves. He has played in slightly under 350 games in his career. Last year, he relocated to the Racecourse Ground and contributed to Phil Parkinson’s team’s National League championship. Mendy was also a major factor in the Red Dragons’ recent promotion from the non-league. He was brought to Wales from Boreham Wood, and he has since settled in nicely.

Currently, the 26-year-old is participating in his first NFL game. In his eight league games thus far, he has contributed four assists. Wrexham is presently ranked fifth in the table, demonstrating how effectively they adjusted to moving up a league. On goal differential, they are the only team outside the top three. Jordan Davies’ late goal helped Parkinson’s team defeat Salford City 3-2 in their most recent match. They’ll be brimming with confidence when they play Bradford, a team without a permanent manager, next.
