An agreement was on the verge of being established, but the club’s management ultimately conceded defeat in the face of the player’s uncertainty, leading him to choose Sevilla instead.
This season, the former Ligue 1 player (42 matches with Brest and Troyes) has made 17 appearances for the Spanish side, most of them as a starter.
Under contract until 2028, Agoumé may soon reach a significant milestone.
Indeed, according to journalist Ekrem Konur, Sevilla is prepared to listen to offers ranging from €15-20 million for their player, who has caught the interest of both FC Barcelona and clubs from the Premier League.
Valued at €6 million, Agoumé’s market worth is significantly increasing, and OM may soon regret not pushing harder to secure his signature.
