Aston Villa can confirm ticket details for our home encounter against Crystal Palace at Villa Park.

The Villans host the Eagles on Saturday, September 16 (ko 3pm) as we strive to continue our eight-match winning sequence on home soil in the Premier League.

If you’re not a season ticket holder, the best way to secure your seat is with an Aston Villa membership, which provides priority access for Claret, Villan and Cub members.

TICKET LIMITATIONS One ticket per eligible Fan ID will be issued
ETICKETS All tickets are print at home and collections are not available. Tickets are available to download to Apple or Google Wallet for NFC entry
REFUND DEADLINE Friday, September 15 at 3pm – Please be aware you are buying tickets knowing no refunds will be issued after the refund deadline, regardless of circumstances
FAMILY AREA The Family Areas are C8, C9, B7 and A8 in the Trinity Road Stand with a ratio of three adults per 1 child
FEES All online and phone payments are subject to a transaction fee of 50p per ticket
TERRACE VIEW The Terrace View is currently available to fans on the season ticket waiting list in the order which you joined – you will receive an email letting you know when you have access to purchase. It is also available for existing Holte End Upper season ticket holders to upgrade access. Find out more here.

  • The family areas are C8, C9, B7 and A8 in the Trinity Road Stand, with a ratio of three adults per one child
  • The turnstiles at Villa Park will open approximately 90 minutes before kick-off
  • Tickets are sold on the basis they are for home fans only. Supporters purchasing for away fans or those who do not adhere to AVFC ground regulations WILL lose the right to purchase tickets for future matches
  • Supporters are reminded to assign tickets to other attending supporters in order to build up booking history. This should be completed at the point of purchase as tickets CANNOT be re-assigned once the match has been played. Should you experience problems while trying to assign tickets online, please contact the ticket office prior to the match taking place
  • Please ensure your email address and preferences are up-to-date and keep a close eye on your account for the latest ticketing news

With 2023/24 season tickets having sold out, an Aston Villa Membership gives you the best opportunity to secure your seat for all the action at Villa Park, with Claret, Villan and Cub members receiving a ticket priority window for home matches.

Please note, it can take up to 72 hours for ticketing benefits such as priority access to register on your Membership, we encourage fans to plan ahead if you are hoping to purchase within a priority window.

If you’re a member and haven’t activated your Membership, ticketing benefits will not be available. If you are the lead purchaser of the membership your membership will be active from the point of purchase and you will be able to purchase tickets up to 72 hours from that point. If your membership was purchased by someone else on your behalf (eg friend or parent/guardian) you will receive an email asking you to activate your account. You will need to click on the link in the email and follow the steps to activate your account. You will be able to purchase tickets up to 72 hours from the point at which you activated your membership.
