On the day of the deadline, Everton must be busy.

The Toffees are now in a very difficult situation, and their team may soon become considerably weaker as Alex Iwobi appears to be moving to Fulham.

Iwobi might be traveling to Craven Cottage, but there might suddenly be a player traveling the other way.

In fact, Everton wants to beat Wolves to the acquisition of Harrison Reed from Fulham, according to Miguel Delaney.
The £8 million midfielder might be just what Everton needs to take Iwobi’s place.

Reed is a strong, dependable, and active midfielder who isn’t the trickiest player in history. To put it simply, he is ideal for Sean Dyche.

Naturally, this won’t be an easy deal to do as usual.

Fulham won’t want to completely destroy their midfield because they already

expect to lose Joao Palhinha, and Marco Silva said in his press conference on Thursday that the Whites were attempting to lock the Ginger Iniesta down to a new contract

Having said that, Reed is in the final year of his contract, so if he really wants to leave Fulham, now would be the time to do it while still securing a fee for the club.

As the deadline draws nearer, this is definitely one to watch.

Reed might transfer today as Everton and Wolves are interested in signing the former Southampton player.
