Emmanuel Dennis, a striker for Nottingham Forest, is currently a target for Trabzonspor of Turkey. The Reds player will be hoping to find a new home before European transfer windows close.

The Nigerian performer is on the Reds’ transfer list. He is now unnecessary and doesn’t even train with the senior ranks anymore.

Sports Digitale now asserts that Turkey is where there is the greatest interest. Prior to now, it was asserted that the strongest club interested was the Saudi Arabian team Al-Ta’ee.

Dennis would undoubtedly be happy to be out of Forest. Only two goals were scored by him last season, and he was unable to maintain a regular starting position.

More was expected of the 25-year-old after his £15 million transfer from Watford. He won’t be involved this season and doesn’t seem to have ever persuaded Steve Cooper.

Dennis would undoubtedly go to Saudi Arabia if there were riches there. However, if moving to Turkey means playing regular football, he’s unlikely to object.

After a summer of spending, removing Dennis’ £40,000 weekly salary from the wage bill would be beneficial. He makes that money at Forest.

Dennis, a striker for Forest, may move to Turkey.

All parties would benefit greatly from doing this. Dennis would probably see a boost in pay, and Forest would get rid of a surplus player.

Dennis’ situation at Forest has simply not worked out. He had 10 Premier League goals when he signed, but Cooper’s style didn’t fit him at all.

Dennis isn’t a terrible athlete. He only bears responsibility for the fact that Forest chose to use a formation that limited his playing time in the previous campaign.

Hopefully, this transaction will go through. Dennis needs to play football this year, and perhaps an amicable solution will be reached for the benefit of all parties.
