Prior to Coventry City’s trip to Hull on Friday (7.45 p.m. kickoff), Mark Robins had mixed injury news.
Even though two of his long-term injured players are expected to resume training this week, there are concerns around at least one of the Sky Blues’ regular starts this season, Jay Dasilva, who was one of three players to leave the field against Watford last time out due to injuries.
Although Robins granted his team a week off, they were expected back at Ryton today to get ready for the weekend’s televised game at the MKM Stadium. What Robins said: “Just after halftime, Jay was involved in a major tackle and had to leave the field. I’m not yet aware of how severe it is. I have the physiotherapist watching him.

The key midfielder for City has been sidelined since Boxing Day due to a ruptured cruciate knee ligament. However, nine months after his operation, he is moving closer to a comeback.

Presently unknown is the anticipated return date.
Tavares, Fabio
The teenage striker has been sidelined since early January due to a ruptured Achilles tendon and is recovering a little slower than O’Hare.
