Boyes is now on a one-season loan from the Blades to League One team Wycombe Wanderers.
The defender faced Rak-Sakyi, who was on loan at Charlton Athletic, when playing for Forest Green Rovers and Lincoln City in League One last season. Both teams were relegated.
Rak-Sakyi has been courted by numerous Championship and League One teams this season, but the Eagles have refused to let the winger go on loan.
Boyes stated that Rak-Sakyi is the toughest opponent he has faced thus far and emphasized the 20-year-old’s promising future.
Boyes said “Rak-Sakyi” when asked who his most challenging opponent has been by Wycombe’s internal media.
He is simply an inverted winger, that’s all.
“It is obvious that he will have a successful career.
“He’s really good.”
Rak-Sakyi has played in just eight minutes of Premier League action so far, and he will be hoping to see action with Roy Hodgson’s first squad.
