Brenden Aaronson, a Leeds United loanee, has received harsh criticism from the German media for his early days at Union Berlin.

Aaronson is listed as one of the season’s “several losers” by Moz.de, which has rated each of Union Berlin’s ten new players. Aaronson was one of eight first team players from last season who left Leeds on loan in the summer after the club was relegated from the Premier League.

Despite the fact that their individual levels of success have varied thus far, it is safe to state that Aaronson is one of, if not the poorest performer at their various teams.

Aaronson has made just one start across all competitions since receiving a red card during the second game of the season, and he was yanked off at halftime.

German media criticize Union Berlin’s hiring of Aaronson
The source claims that Aaronson is physically underdeveloped, has missed “several” decent goal-scoring opportunities, and his dribbling skills are not producing anything noteworthy.

The US national player should resurrect the offense, particularly with his own possession, it said. Aaronson hasn’t been able to live up to this claim thus far despite a strong preseason preparation because he still lacks physical strength. Rarely did his dribbling prowess lead to goal danger. Aaronson also identified significant gaps in the achievement of the objective. He had multiple opportunities to score.

Aaronson is receiving harsh criticism because he is obviously bringing the dreadful form he displayed in the second half of last season to his new team.

It’s bad news for Leeds if he keeps acting in this way because Union Berlin will never try to sign him permanently.

It is unfathomable for a number 10 to have failed to score at the club level since August 2022, therefore Leeds may have to cut their losses and sell him for much less than they paid for him next summer.
