Paul Robinson, a former goalkeeper for Leeds United, does not believe that the departure of 17 players for international service will provide a problem for Daniel Farke.

Daniel Farke may have to deal with a “new” issue as a result of Leeds United’s significant international call-ups. However, it should be regarded as a “good thing” because it is the “norm” for the bulk of the Whites’ first-team squad.

Paul Robinson, a former goalkeeper for Leeds, expressed this opinion about the most recent international break, during which 17 players traveled to represent their nations. Ethan Ampadu, Dan James, and Joe Rodon, among others, will accrue more playing time at Elland Road on top of their domestic responsibilities.

The team’s ability to work together over the next two weeks in preparation for their return to Norwich City on October 21. Robinson, though, is adamant that the manager’s ‘quality’ is reflected in the call-ups and believes that the players are more than capable of managing the demands of international football with the challenges of a Championship campaign.

I don’t think there will be a problem, the expert told MOT Leeds News. Even though Farke may not be used to having so many players go, Leeds is used to it. Since the majority of these players participated in the Premier League the previous season, and given the caliber of the roster, this is only positive.

“You are aware of your responsibilities as a manager when you play at the highest level of football in any nation. You will lose your international players a lot of times a year, whether it is for competitions, friendlies, or games. As a manager, there is little you can do.

“The manager’s loss of 17 players is a positive since it demonstrates the caliber, depth, and strength of his team. You’ll have to learn to deal with it.

“I believe they can handle it well enough. Consider the two games they must play in the Championship in a span of seven days. For some of these Championship players, it’ll seem like a break.
