Kenny Dougall is a welcome addition to Neil Critchley’s Blackpool team.
This season, the midfielder has made 16 appearances in all competitions, and he has started the last seven league games for the Seasiders.
After the 3-2 victory over Cheltenham Town on Tuesday night, Critchley took some time to commend Dougall’s work ethic and acknowledge that he always knows precisely what to expect from the Australian. “I have complete faith in Kenny,” he declared.
“He’s an amazing man. He offers you everything and is as honest as the day is long. He hardly ever gets hurt—touch wood. He came to the club with me, so I’m happy he’s here and playing.I can rely on him because I know what to expect from him. “He provides for you every day, whether at home and away. “That’s a godsend as a manager.” On Saturday afternoon, Blackpool will return to action when they host Peterborough United at Bloomfield Road.
