Ollie Norburn was missing again as Blackpool lost to Peterborough United 4-2.
Due to a neck ailment, Seasiders captain has now missed the team’s last three games under Neil Critchley.
When Blackpool return to action on Wednesday night, they will play Fleetwood Town at Highbury. It is not yet known if Norburn will be available.
Critchley said, “He’s been back on the grass in the last couple of days.”
“He has run and worked with a ball a little bit, but he’s still not quite right.
We’ll see. Maybe he’ll be fine for Wednesday.
It’s gradually improving, and he’s gotten better this week.
We’ll have to wait and see how he responds to treatment and how he feels when we resume training on Monday because he is still a little uncomfortable.
As the three players recover, Blackpool is presently without Matty Virtue, Jordan Gabriel, and Kyle Joseph.
