At Bloomfield Road, Blackpool defeated Shrewsbury Town 4-0, and Kyle Joseph scored on his home debut.

While Jordan Rhodes reached double figures for the season and Jake Beesley also scored twice, Neil Critchley’s team was back to winning ways in League One.

Due to injuries, Joseph’s time with the Seasiders has been frustrating thus far. However, he will be looking to improve on his recent bench appearances. He has a little bit of everything,” Critchley said.

“He has an appetite, a good touch that allows him to link plays, and the ability to stretch the line, which he did for his goal.

He puts in a lot of work and is an avid runner. He exudes a strong work ethic.

“Kyle looks like a player similar to Blackpool. Our fans will truly love watching him play once he improves his rhythm. Rather than being conceited, he has faith in himself. He’s an ambitious and motivated young man. He is aware of his goals, and our intention is to give him the means to achieve them. Until he scored, he didn’t have many touches.

He was slid in by Kaddy (Karamoko Dembele) during a good play. It was a great finish as he rifled it in above the keeper. He then helped Jake Beesley (Bees) score his second goal. His return makes us very happy. In addition to the fact that we believe he will continue to improve as a player, we brought him here because of his current skill level. He’s demonstrated his qualities, and we hope to see more of him in the future.
