In recent weeks, Tottenham Hotspur has been connected to Samuel Iling-Junior, a talented player from Juventus.

For example, it was recently reported by The Independent that Spurs are eager to have the 20-year-old back in the Premier League.

According to X, Daniele Longo, a journalist with Calciomercato, Tottenham “will make an attempt” to recruit Iling-Junior in January.

In another piece on their website, Calciomercato asserted that Spurs pose a “danger” to Juventus in their pursuit of their player. They wrote, “Samuel Iling-Junior and a future that’s yet to be written. The English midfielder, who was born in 2003, may decide to accept Tottenham’s approach and say goodbye to Juventus as early as January.

Iling-Junior, compared to Alphonso Davies of Bayern Munich, may be a steal for Tottenham.

According to recent reports from Calciomercato, Juventus has asked for between €15–20 million (£13–17 million) for Iling-Junior. Tottenham’s acquisition of Samuel Iling-Junior is a no-brainer, according to TBR

For Tottenham, who will be missing Manor Solomon and Ivan Perisic for some time due to injuries, it appears to be a no-brainer overall. Iling-Junior, who is only 20 years old, is a versatile, very talented player with a high potential who has played English football.

Furthermore, it looks that he is eager to rejoin the Premier League, his contract expires in 2025, his club is willing to sell, and Spurs may have to spend less than £20 million.

In the meanwhile, Tottenham really needs to add players, and since it’s difficult to recruit truly elite players in January, Iling-Junior seems like a great fit—a guy whose career Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou could really resuscitate at N17.
