Here are the Wednesday, December 13 transfer rumors involving Leeds United.
Talk about Kent transfers
Liam Rosenior, the head coach of Hull City, declined to comment on rumors that the Championship team is interested in Ryan Kent from Leeds United. The Whites and Bournemouth are among the teams reportedly closely monitoring the Fenerbache winger’s condition.
Kent, a former Liverpool young player who only joined the Turkish powerhouses this summer after leaving Rangers, has not impressed. He is 27 years old. In 15 games across all competitions, he has only provided two assists and one goal.
“For me, I don’t comment on other players at other clubs,” Rosenior responded when questioned about their alleged interest in Kent. I concentrate on the tasks at hand. I concentrate on my squad’s bodies. We know what we want and we have a plan.
“I’ve never spoken about specific players at other clubs, and I won’t start now.”
When the market reopens on January 1, the Tigers are expected to look for offensive reinforcements, according to our sister brand Hull Live. Young Joe Gelhardt of the Whites is rumored to be on their radar.
This season, Gelhardt has struggled to get playing time at Elland Road because Patrick Bamford and Georginio Rutter are ahead of him in the starting lineup. The 21-year-old and Huddersfield Town have been connected in the past. Rosenior, whose team plays Middlesbrough at the Riverside tonight, stated, “We’re working really hard (on the transfer front) to give ourselves the best opportunity to be successful for this season and that is all I can say.”
