Brighton is anticipated to show interest in Leeds United’s Crysencio Summerville as they prepare for the possibility of losing Kaoru Mitoma.

The Whites have been playing fantastic football this season in the Championship; they are still unbeaten at home after defeating Ipswich 4-0 on Saturday, but they are still seven points off of the top two.

Many of Daniel Farke’s team members have drawn attention during this process with their game-winning performances.

Crysencio Summerville stats this season

Leeds’ biggest move of the season has been to keep hold to Crysencio Summerville, who has shown to be the best player in the league.

He has scored more than ten goals, but he also assists his teammates nearly as frequently, harassing any full-back he comes across.

Brighton eyeing Summerville transfer

Journalist Alan Nixon has now revealed on his Patreon that Brighton is showing interest in the Dutchman ahead of 2024. Brighton’s interest in the winger stems from their expectation that star winger Kaoru Mitoma may receive offers on his own and that they will need to make arrangements to replace him. Unless they receive a really attractive offer, Summerville is anticipated to stay with the Whites in January. However, depending on whatever division the team is in come summer, his future may not be certain.

Summerville has nothing to be concerned about in January because he is currently clearly committed to the team. He will, in one way or another, be a Premier League player next season, therefore we have to advance.

However, a huge payment would be all that would be needed for Summerville to depart; a new contract would be ideal for us to solidify our position with him.
