According to reports, Jordan Rhodes wants to return to Huddersfield Town, and manager Darren Moore is eager to do so.

The 33-year-old was approved for a loan move to Blackpool in the summer, and he has been quite productive at Bloomfield Road. With 15 goals, he leads League One in scoring, and Huddersfield has been one of the Championship’s most aimless teams in front of goal.

Journalist Alan Nixon claims on his Patreon website that Rhodes has a window of opportunity to be recalled from his loan period, and Moore is eager to use this option.

Rhodes, meanwhile, is thought to be happy and settled at Bloomfield Road. Blackpool’s CEO Julian Winter revealed earlier this month that the ball is in Huddersfield’s court when it comes to the forward’s future.

“There’s a window where they can cause a recall, but the ball is in their court,” he stated. I don’t believe I’ve ever encountered a club that takes a long time to decide whether or not to allow a loan player to return; instead, they typically make that call really fast. If that’s the case, we’ll find out rather quickly in January, but we have no control over it. All we need to do is get ready for that scenario.

The recruitment team is always brainstorming possibilities for any situation, and the first one is evident: Jordan will come up and people will ask, ‘What if?’ At this point, we have no idea what Huddersfield is considering. He’ll focus with us, and we’ll watch to see what transpires—ideally, something good for us.

Why wouldn’t you like him? In addition, he’s a great man. Everyone who meets him will agree that he’s a great guy who has fulfilled his promise. He entered the game and scored goals.

Rhodes’ “outstanding” skills have been praised by Tangerines boss Neil Critchley, who is eager for him to stay at Blackpool. “His positioning inside the penalty box and his patience, movement, cleverness and ability to finish off with both feet or his head is outstanding,” he stated earlier this month. We’re thrilled he’s here and hope he will stay the whole year.
