Ezequiel Fernández of Boca Juniors has found himself on Brighton & Hove Albion’s transfer list.

After rising through the youth divisions of the Argentine club, Fernández was able to join their main team in 2021.
The defensive midfielder was loaned to Club Atlético Tigre last year, where he made 42 appearances, after initially struggling to get regular game time.
After solidifying his position at Boca Juniors, he has made 42 appearances so far this season.
Brighton and Benfica have taken notice of Fernández’s performances. The Eagles have reportedly been watching him for a while but haven’t yet extended a formal offer.

According to the source, new Boca Juniors president Juan Román Riquelme is “awaiting a formal offer,” with Benfica and Brighton trailing him.
