Giovanni Reyna is a target for Nottingham Forest, but they have been made quite clear that they need to make a competitive offer.
It’s reported that Borussia Dortmund told the USMNT player that if he wanted to leave during the winter transfer window, he should present stronger bids.
“Nottingham Forest is among the teams that have expressed interest in Giovanni Reyna,” Christian Falk revealed in his exclusive piece to CaughtOffside.
Marseille is a competitor as well. I’ve heard that Dortmund hasn’t gotten any decent enough offers up to this point.
Reyna was informed to bring in better proposals as a result. They wish to hold off until the winter transfer window closes. I’ve been informed that there isn’t currently a fresh offer.
Former prodigy Freddy Adu (GOAL) has called the Bundesliga ace a potentially “world-class” prospect.
The twenty-one-year-old had a campaign with eleven goal contributions in 2022–2023 but has yet to contribute a single goal this term.
We require a fresh challenge.
Playing minutes opportunities have been few and far between, in large part because of past injury problems.
To put it plainly, Reyna has lost ground at Borussia Dortmund while younger players like Jamie Bynoe-Gittens have risen to the top.
That would certainly be appealing, as would a fresh start at a team like Nottingham Forest, where he has a better chance of being the “main man”!
