Daniel Farke has chosen his team for Tuesday night’s FA Cup match between Leeds United and Plymouth Argyle at Home Park. Five changes have been made to the Devon lineup.

Daniel Farke has made five changes to the Leeds United starting lineup in his most recent round of lineup alterations. Mateo Joseph makes his season debut, as Ethan Ampadu’s run of 34 starts across all competitions comes to an end.

For the first time this season, Sam Byram starts at right-back, giving Archie Gray the opportunity to rest on the sidelines. In central defense, Liam Cooper is brought back to lead the team, with Junior Firpo starting at left back.

Joseph is anticipated to start at the vanguard of the attack, and Joel Piroe appears destined to play as a central attacking midfielder once more. Jaidon Anthony, who scored that incredible goal in the first leg ten days ago, takes Crysencio Summerville’s spot and starts on the left.

Head of Sport Science Tom Robinson put Connor Roberts through a rigorous pregame routine before he played with the Whites squad in Devon. Naturally, the Burnley loanee cannot play in tonight’s match since he was not registered for the first encounter.

The players that were kept from the victory at Ashton Gate on Friday night are Illan Meslier, Firpo, Glen Kamara, Joe Rodon, Wilfried Gnonto, and Ilia Gruev. Robert Jones will officiate tonight’s match between Plymouth Argyle. Stuart Burt, Dan Cook, and John Busby (fourth official) will assist Jones.

Leeds United: Illan Meslier; Sam Byram, Joe Rodon, Liam Cooper, Junior Firpo; Ilia Gruev, Glen Kamara; Wilfried Gnonto, Joel Piroe, Jaidon Anthony; Mateo Joseph.

Substitutes: Kristoffer Klaesson, Dani van den Heuvel, Ethan Ampadu, Charlie Cresswell, Patrick Bamford, Crysencio Summerville, Archie Gray, Georginio Rutter, Joe Gelhardt.
