Regarding the availability of many first-team players for West Ham United’s trip to Nottingham Forest, David Moyes has provided a thorough update.

Michail Antonio’s comeback will give the Hammers squad confidence as they prepare to return to winning ways in the Premier League on Saturday when they visit the City Ground.

Due to an injury incurred while on international duty, the seasoned forward has not played since November. However, manager Moyes has announced that the No. 9 is back in the mix to face his former team after getting back to training.

“Michail is back and is back available. He’s been back training and has probably had a week or so training with is. So he’s back in the squad.”

Michael is back and accessible again, according to Moyes. “We’ll have to assess his condition, but he has resumed training and has likely trained with us for a week or so, so he is back in the squad. Both Edson Álvarez and captain Kurt Zouma were replaced at halftime during Arsenal’s home loss last Sunday, but Moyes has allayed concerns about their availability this weekend.
The Scot went on, “Kurt Zouma is doing OK.” Edson Álvarez, who left the game at halftime due to illness, was our biggest concern, but he has also recovered. But Lucas Paquetá, the Brazil international, is still sidelined as he recovers from a calf injury he suffered in early January. Although the No. 10 is improving, according to the boss, having begun working on the Rush Green training pitches, the 26-year-old will find the trip to Nottingham to be too soon. Moyes continued, “[Lucas] is not fit and available for tomorrow.” He has spent a few days on the grass, but he hasn’t completely settled down yet. “We have really missed Lucas. We were performing pretty well prior to the commencement of the African Cup of Nations, but you have to keep in mind that Mohammed Kudus and Nayef Aguerd were lost for games during that time. After the most recent international break, we also lost Jarrod Bowen to injury and Antonio was absent.

“However, I’ve observed that Manchester United has suffered injuries at various points during the season, and Newcastle United has had significant injuries this year. That’s all we’ve had this length of time since January.
