A Premier League striker is expected to get a massive salary offer from West Ham United, making him our sixth-highest paid player.

It appears that David Moyes may be able to buy one of the best strikers in the Premier League, which would be a huge help to West Ham in the summer.

Although Moyes’s future at the London Stadium is actually somewhat questionable, if he is still in command come summer, his top objective will be to sign a center-forward who fits his system and has a track record of being a prolific goal scorer.

Since he hasn’t yet brought in someone who can fill Michail Antonio’s job, the Hammers manager has had a great deal of difficulty signing strikers.

All of that would alter if Moyes signed Dominic Solanke, who we paid £40 million for in the summer, to the London Stadium.

And now it appears that the Scot might strike it fortunate twice…

Premier League striker to receive £115k weekly deal from West Ham
The Hammers are willing to more than quadruple Solanke’s current wage to almost £115k per week in order to entice him to join us this summer, according to a report from Football Transfers.

What a signing he would be, I sincerely hope he comes from Bournemouth to join us.

With 16 goals and four assists in 30 appearances this season, the 26-year-old has been on fire for Bournemouth. Since the beginning of the 2021–2022 season, he has scored 49 goals in the league, which is an extremely good return (Transfermarkt).

The fact that he is presently trailing only Ollie Watkins, Mohamed Salah, and Erling Haaland in the Premier League goalscoring rankings this season says everything we need to know about his calibre.

Most importantly, Solanke is ideal for Moyes’s striker strategy. He enjoys engaging in physical combat with opposing defenders and is always willing to work the channels.

I believe West Ham will be in excellent form going into the 2024–2025 season if we recruit the Premier League striker this summer.
