The Dallas Cowboys were unquestionably one of the league’s top all-around teams in the regular season of the previous year, with everything for America’s Team seemed to be clicking on both sides of the ball.

Dak Prescott, a seasoned quarterback for the Cowboys, was a major factor in the team’s offensive performance as he consistently performed well on the field.

With high expectations of competing for a Super Bowl victory once the NFL playoffs began, Prescott helped lead Dallas to a 12-5 record, an NFC East division title, and the second seed in the NFC.

Sadly, the Cowboys were defeated by the Green Bay Packers in AT&T Stadium during their first-round playoff game. The Packers travelled to Texas and soundly defeated Prescott and company.

Despite the dismal conclusion to the 2023 season, Terrence Parsons Jr.—the brother of Cowboys standout linebacker Micah Parsons—took to Twitter to express his belief that Prescott deserves to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Prescott has clearly had a good NFL career thus far, putting up impressive stats and keeping the Cowboys competitive each season.

But going ahead, Cowboys supporters will evaluate Prescott based on his performance in the NFL playoffs, as they get more and more irate that the team cannot win the postseason with Prescott starting as quarterback.

The Cowboys intend to sign him to a second contract extension despite his postseason failings, which might reset the quarterback market.
