Marc Roca, a midfielder for Leeds United, is said to have purchased a home in Seville while he is still enjoying his loan with Real Betis.

Leeds received a much-needed financial boost last month when Luis Sinisterra left for Bournemouth for £20 million, securing funding for a player who had left during the summer transfer window.

The futures of the others are still up in the air, although Marc Roca, who is now with Real Betis, is the most likely of the group to be retained by his current loan club.

Marc Roca buys house in Seville as he enjoys Real Betis loan

El Desmarque reports that the midfielder from Spain has made a significant move toward declaring his plans for the summer, which is an intriguing development from Spain.

They say that after enjoying a successful loan thus far, Roca bought a home in Seville, where Betis currently play in La Liga.

His form was derailed by pneumonia in 2024, but he has played 35 times, scored three goals, and provided four assists throughout his excellent tenure under Manuel Pellegrini.

The midfielder, who moved from England to his home Spain, has never disguised his wish to stay at Betis and is content with his current situation.

Roca sure to leave Leeds based off latest update

Like many others, it was pretty clear in the summer that Roca would sooner hop ship than play a season in the Championship.

Roca is one of the few players who is really performing better than his problems in the Premier League last season, which is fortunate from Leeds’ financial standpoint; therefore, a transfer of the £10 million man may be imminent.

However, he is also making it apparent that he wants to leave, which is helpful given that he has been indicating at every turn that he would rather stay at Betis when 23/24 ends.
