Simon Phillips reports that Chelsea wants to add winger Jarrod Bowen from West Ham United this summer in order to strengthen their attack.
The trustworthy writer writes on his Substack page (April 25) that the west London club wants to offload at least two of its present players to make room for four other wingers.
Hammers star Bowen is one of those choices, but given that the England international signed a new contract that runs until 2030 before this season, a deal is now viewed as “unlikely.”
