The contracts of Borna Barišić and John Lundstram at Rangers expire at the end of current season, although Philippe Clement’s team has tried to keep the midfield player at Ibrox.

Meanwhile, there have been reports in the Turkish media that Trabzonspor is eager to sign the Rangers pair for nothing during the summer transfer window, according to Philippe Clement’s team.

Lundstram and the Turkish club had reached an agreement for him to quit Rangers, according to 61 Trabzon Haber five days ago.

Sabah last Friday confirmed this and said that the Rangers left-back has an agreement in place to join Trabzonspor.

Journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu for Sports Digitale said on X, formerly known as Twitter, that Lundstram and Barišić had signed contracts with Trabzonspor, meaning Philippe Clement won’t have them at Ibrox next season.
The 30-year-old Englishman, according to Sabuncuoğlu, has inked a three-year contract with the Turkish club, while Barišić has inked a two-year contract with an option for an additional year.

Three years after moving to Ibrox, the 31-year-old Croatian Lundstram joined Rangers in 2021. Now that they are free agents, the two will go from Philippe Clement’s team and move to Trabzonspor in the upcoming window.
