Ahead of a summer in which Crystal Palace face the threat of losing a few key players, one now reportedly wants to leave.

Oliver Glasner will be desperate to avoid watching his excellent Eagles side be torn to shreds this summer in the transfer window, and keen to keep as many key players as possible.

Crystal Palace will face interest for several including Eberechi Eze, Joachim Andersen, Michael Olise and Marc Guehi who are all likely to attract interest from top clubs.

However, Palace have now sustained a blow in a bid to keep one of these stars, as it’s being reported he now wants to depart Selhurst Park.

Marc Guehi is now keen to leave Crystal Palace

In what comes as a real blow to Palace, £50,000-per-week defender Guhei now appears set to depart Copers Cope this summer.

It comes according to a report by the French outlet, Sports Zone, who’ve explained that Guehi wants to leave Palace this summer.

Continuing, it’s mentioned that Manchester United are very interested in the 23-year-old defender. But they aren’t alone in being interested, with Liverpool and Chelsea both also interested, as the player is keen on remaining in the Premier League

Reports elsewhere have tipped the defender to fetch a fee of £60m which would be a substantial amount and go a long way in signing Chadi Riad along with another defender or two.

Who could replace Guehi at Selhurst Park?

Outside of the deal which looks likely to happen of Riad arriving in a £13m deal from Real Betis, Palace will likely need another defender.

Maxence Lacroix is one option who has been linked recently and knows Glasner very well as they’d worked together at Wolfsburg.

Another potential arrival is Union Berlin’s Danilho Doekhi who has been linked prominently in recent months.

A slightly cheaper option could be Peterborough’s Ronnie Edwards who has been a long-term target for Dougie Freedman.

One other option could be Trevoh Chalobah who was a target in January and could be available for £25m as Chelsea are keen to sell.
