Taiwo Awoniyi and Morgan Gibbs-White of Nottingham Forest should be signed by Tottenham, according to John Wenham.

Lilywhite Rose, the proprietor of a respectable Spurs podcast, expressed amazement at the club’s association with Callum Hudson-Odoi.

On May 28, Paul O Keefe, a dependable Spurs insider, disclosed via X that Spurs had made an approach for Hudson-Odoi, but Johan Lange was opposed to the transfer.

The forward for Forest, who only joined the team for £3 million from Chelsea last summer, is reportedly valued at over £30 million, according to The Sun (May 24).

Furthermore, Wenham would much rather that the team sign two of his present teammates, according to an exclusive interview with Tottenham News.

To be quite honest with you, I thought the links were a little strange,” Wenham remarked.

“Hudson-Odoi has had a good season and he’s done well to get his career back on track, but I don’t think he’s that much of an upgrade on what we have.

“Since Forest only spent £3 million on him, I doubt Tottenham would be willing to spend £30 million.”

Ange Postecoglou is eager to join Tottenham as a new number nine.
Spurs shouldn’t prioritize acquiring a new wide player on their want list.

It makes sense to pass up the opportunity to sign Hudson-Odoi since finding a new number nine should be the first goal.

After Timo Werner’s resignation, Ange Postecoglou is fully stocked.

Although Hudson-Odoi had a strong season, North London doesn’t need him.

In other Tottenham news, a midfield player has been instructed to sign with the North London team and reject Aston Villa’s interest.
