Three deals have already been confirmed at Ibrox, with Philippe Clement bringing Oscar Cortes back to Glasgow and adding both Jefte and Clinton Nsiala to his squad on a permanent basis.

Rangers to announce Hamza Igamane transfer as £1.7million fee agreed
Rangers are expected to announce the signing of Hamza Igamane in the coming days at Ibrox, according to the Daily Record.
The outlet reported on its website on Sunday (16 June) that the Light Blues have agreed a £1.7million offer to bring the 21-year-old forward to Glasgow this summer with an announcement now close.
Despite the fee already being agreed between the two clubs, the FAR Rabat forward still has to pass a medical to complete his move and he has missed his side’s most recent fixtures through injury.
Connor Barron to make transfer call now as contract update emerges
Rangers have made an improved contract offer to Connor Barron to try and bring him to Ibrox this summer, according to the Daily Record.
The outlet reported on its website on Sunday (16 June) that the Light Blues have upped the ante to try and secure the Scotsman’s signature this summer as he considers offers from a host of Championship teams.
Barron will decide his future now that he has returned from his summer holiday, with offers on the table from Hellas Verona, Plymouth Argyle and Stoke City along with a whole host of other English clubs.
Todd Cantwell tipped to head transfer clearout as six others linked with exit
Michael Gannon says it would be a “major shock” if Todd Cantwell was to stay at Rangers this summer as Philippe Clement continues to clear out his squad.
Writing for the Daily Record (16 June) he tipped the 26-year-old to be just one of several stars leaving Ibrox this summer, with Connor Goldson, James Tavernier, Tom Lawrence, Kieran Dowell, Sam Lammers and Jose Cifuentes all potentially on the chopping block.
Cantwell has received mixed reviews during his time in Scotland, having made 64 appearances since arriving from Norwich City in January 2023, and his spell might be coming to an end.
Rangers accused of copying Celtic transfer model after latest Ibrox arrival
Hugh Keevins has accused Rangers of copying Celtic’s transfer model as Philippe Clement looks to rebuild the squad at Ibrox.
Writing for the Daily Record on Sunday (16 June), he said: “There looks to be a pattern emerging at Ibrox to fit this transfer window. It might alternatively be known as Rangers’ manager Philippe Clement playing a dangerous game.
“All of his signings made so far fall readily into the category of being moderately priced and able to be termed projects rather than automatic first-team picks. In other words, it’s what looks suspiciously like the Celtic model of recent times where you buy low and look to sell big at some point in the future.
“Except that Celtic are now in the process of having to off-load a series of development signings who were found seriously wanting almost at the point of arrival in Glasgow.
“The only exception to the rule at Ibrox is Oscar Cortes, who’s on his own in terms of risk strategy. Whether he comes good or goes horribly wrong, Rangers have to pay his parent club, Lens, a fee of £4.5million at the end of the season to come.”
Gers eye huge profit already as Clinton Nsiala signing sealed at Ibrox this summer
Clinton Nsiala is not expected to make a major impact at Rangers from the off after the defender was signed from AC Milan, according to the Daily Record.
The outlet claimed on their website (14 June) that the 20-year-old defender is a “project signing” who the Light Blues hope he will follow former Ibrox ace Calvin Bassey in blossoming at the club before being sold on at a “huge profit”.
Nsiala has never played a game in senior football despite being named in first-team squads during his time with the Italian giants, so how he fares in Glasgow is seen as “the big unknown”.
