After it was revealed that they would play Ligue 1 team RC Lens in a preseason friendly, Leicester City added another friendly to their preseason schedule.
The Foxes’ final preseason game before Steve Cooper’s squad’s new Premier League campaign takes place on August 10 at 3 p.m. in France.
The Foxes will face tough competition from Lens, who placed eighth in Ligue One and participated in the Champions League the previous campaign.
They came in second to PSG in the 2022–2023 season, so this will be a fantastic chance to put the Foxes through their paces before the new campaign begins.
It’s the last opportunity for supporters of Leicester to witness their team play friendlies before Ange Postecoglou’s Spurs visit on August 19.
On the club website, ticket information will be verified, along with information on how to watch the action on LCFC channels. As anticipation for Cooper’s debut season as manager grows, the Foxes have also confirmed that they will make the trip to play League One Shrewsbury Town as part of their preseason preparations.
