The 33-year-old has put pen to paper over a two-year deal at Turf Moor and becomes the club’s fourth new addition of the summer after Shurandy Sambo, Lucas Pires and Andreas Hountondji.
“I’m absolutely delighted to be here and get all the paperwork done,” said the shot stopper.
“I’ve heard a lot of things about Burnley and I’m well aware of this club. It’s got great history, an unbelievable fanbase and I knew it was the place for me.
“I’m excited to get out and train today, I feel really well and I’m ready to get out there.”
Hladky began his career in the Czech Republic before heading to Scottish club St Mirren in 2019.
Two years later, he joined Salford and helped the club win the EFL Trophy. He also claimed the League Two Golden Glove and was named the Ammies’ Player of the Season.
Hladky was then snapped up by Ipswich and went on to make more than 70 appearances at Portman Road as the Tractor Boys won back-to-back promotions from League One.
Aro Muric headed in the other direction a couple of days ago, ending a two-year spell in East Lancashire.
There has also been speculation over James Trafford’s future following relegation from the Premier League. The youngster joined the Clarets from Manchester City last summer.
