Igor Julio, a defender for Brighton, was the subject of a story by La Gazzetta dello Sport two months ago, and Milan is still reportedly interested in him. It appears that Julio’s situation in England is still unresolved.

Igor, now under the management of Roberto De Zerbi, who is now in charge of Marseille, arrived at Brighton last summer for a cost of €17 million plus bonuses from Fiorentina.

After just one season, the Brazilian’s circumstances are uncertain. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the former Fiorentina player is “no longer immovable” after the Amex.
Even if Milan signs Salzburg’s Stahinja Pavlovic, they would still need to recruit a defender if Malick Thiaw ends up leaving, and Igor and Bologna’s Jhon Lucumi are considered possibilities.

The story makes no mention of Brighton’s value, but information from the publication two months prior revealed that Milan merely considered Igor as a “thought.”

It appears that he is now more than just a “thought.”
