Nottingham Forest’s 2024–25 campaign is off to a fantastic start as they have already scored five points.

Nuno Espirito Santo has been given the chance to evaluate the first three league games as the international break lingers in the background.

This follows a hectic transfer window over the previous three months that saw a lot of players coming and going from the City Ground.

Still, agreements are being completed in some windows that did not close last Friday as they did in England.

And the only other verified deal that Forest has made is with a guy named Steve Cooper, who was signed in 2022.

Finally, Nottingham Forest has sold Steve Cooper’s signing.
The South Korean forward Ui-jo Hwang was one among the several players signed by the team during Cooper’s tenure.

Given that Hwang hasn’t played a minute for the Reds, it’s safe to assume he hasn’t had the best of seasons in England.

Additionally, the £4 million Hwang has been loaned out on four different occasions throughout Europe since arriving at the City Ground.

On Friday, though, it was revealed that Hwang had finally left Forest permanently to join Alanyaspor in Turkey.

The 32-year-old played eight games in Turkey during the second half of the previous season, contributing a goal and an assist.

Last season, Hwang also played for Norwich City in the Championship, where he scored three goals in seventeen appearances.

However, his stint at the City Ground is now over as he was unable to log a single minute for the Reds.
