In his little more than two months at West Ham United, Maximilian Kilman has won over the fans with ease. If the defender’s career trajectory is any indication,

Kilman, who has returned to his roots and settled into a life both on and off the field, thinks that East London is home. From a professional standpoint, he was in the best possible circumstance. Kilman, who was raised in West Ham, just ten minutes away, has had little trouble adjusting to his new environment, and it appears like everything was meant for him to join the Irons.

Kilman remarked, “It feels great to be back here in London.” “I’m actually from West Ham, but not many people know that. Up until the age of nine, I was raised in West Ham. After that, I relocated to northwest London. Thus, it is quite beneficial to stay near one’s house, friends, and family.

“That is [the ideal move].” I clearly grew up in and around West Ham, having attended West Ham Church School and had my dad attend West Ham Park. It’s as though I’m at home again.

Coming to a great club like West Ham was a big decision, but you can see why given our player base’s caliber and the type of players we have. Consequently, it’s a wise decision. Being able to play for this Club makes me incredibly proud, and I just want to give it my all each and every time I put on the shirt.

As someone who grew up inside the confirm me, let me tell you about the time that Ron Greenwood was the manager and played the beautiful, attacking football. Of course, that’s what Lopetegui is attempting to do now that he is in charge. Thus, maybe we can play more aggressively and with greater excitement.

“It was an enormous honor to return here and work under him once more, which is obviously outstanding. He’s a fantastic manager with his team, and I think it’s great to come to a Club that has a lot of ambition to do well and wants to carry on the success they’ve had in previous years. “I think he’s got a will to improve players. He did a great job while he was at Wolves. Now, coming here, he has the same kind of ethos as a manager, and he wants everyone to improve as a player, improve as a team, and he is really passionate about his work. He’s great to work under, and we’re determined to bring more success to this Club.

“We want to be more proactive, that much is certain. The season has only begun with a few games, so perhaps some fans have had a chance to witness some of that. Of course, there is still plenty to be done, and as time goes on, we will play more aggressive football and play more football on the front foot.

He’s been fantastic with me, but I can also see how helpful and upbeat he is with all the other guys. He always stops players for a talk to find out how they’re doing and what they should work on. I believe he has the drive to actually pursue his goals.

Kilman acknowledges that one of the main factors in his early-season success has been the steadfast backing of the West Ham supporters, for which he is equally thankful.”He’s been very wonderful to work with, but I can see how he

The defender thinks that the recent matchup with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City was a product challenge.

Kilman affirmed, “[The season] has gone really well so far.” My first goal was to get settled in and feel at home. Everyone here has done a fantastic job of making me feel at home, and I’m extremely appreciative of that. Still a long way to go, so all I can do now is put my head down and keep getting better. I just want to keep doing that and continuing getting better as a player since it’s only been a few games.

It’s great to have their support and backing because they have a large fan base. All I have to do is try my hardest to make up for it, together with the players, staff, and other members of the Club.

With so many excellent players on the team and plenty of competition at every position, the squad is extremely competitive. We have high expectations for ourselves.

“I really believe that I still have more to offer. I believe it’s because I joined the game somewhat later than most others, and I still feel like I can play the game better. I believe I still have room for improvement and have not yet reached my best.

“There are so many excellent teams in the Premier League, and it’s a very competitive league.” But we have to support one another as a Club. We have all the necessary components and players to succeed. Without a doubt, we’ll fight for a position in Europe. I believe that we can accomplish it with the talent we have here.
