For Leeds United’s return to Championship action against Burnley, Daniel Farke has announced his starting lineup.
This is the start of a difficult run of five games before the next international break, and it will be the first time this season that the Whites play a game without any outside distractions from the transfer window.
During his news conference earlier this week, Farke provided an update on injuries, confirming that Dan James will miss an additional four weeks of play because of a recurrence of his hamstring problem.
Max Wober is also questionable because he sustained a knee injury while traveling with Austria, which prevented him from participating in their second game against Norway.
In the meantime, Burnley may not have Connor Roberts available for his maiden Elland Road homecoming following his loan stint from the previous campaign. Manuel Benson, a summer Leeds target, is also out for good.

All of Leeds’ international players look to have returned to Thorp Arch healthy, with the exception of the questionable ones.
Against Hull City, three of Leeds’ four acquisitions over the final eight days of the transfer window saw their first taste of play for their new team. They will be looking for more today.
Additionally, Leeds Live reports that Isaac Schmidt, the team’s final addition of the window who was not signed in time to play Hull City, may be added to the roster.
Since joining FC St. Gallen, Schmidt has had two weeks of full training, and according to Farke, it hasn’t taken him long to win the affection of his new teammates.
After making his comeback to team practice on Tuesday, Patrick Bamford is one player who was not included in the lineup against the Tigers but may yet be involved today.
The £7 million player is eligible for this match, but he missed the victories over Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday.
