Star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase told ESPN’s Adam Schefter late on Friday night that he felt duped by the organization for not being able to come to a deal this summer, in addition to the fact that he was done talking with them until the 2024 season ended.
“Sources claim that the star wide receiver feels he was duped by the Bengals when they promised him an extension at the end of the previous campaign and once more in the offseason, but that eventually did not happen.”
