Even though the summer transfer window is closed, Tim Steidten, the technical director of West Ham, is already organizing the next addition.
The West Ham board strongly supported Tim Steidten and Julen Lopetegui’s efforts to restructure the team during the summer transfer window.
Nine new players were committed for a total of almost £155 million.
Naturally, that assumes Jean-Clair Todibo’s contract is extended once he makes five Premier League starts.
Who knows, though, considering how frequently Lopetegui is currently utilizing him?

In any case, it appears that West Ham might eventually need to add a fourth central defender.
