This weekend marks Leeds United’s return to Championship competition.
Leeds United looks to maintain their momentum when they play Coventry City at home on Saturday. In their pursuit of promotion to the Premier League, Daniel Farke’s team is now in sixth place.

Their last game was a 2-0 victory away at Cardiff City. Here are the most recent Whites injury updates and their anticipated return dates.

The summer signing of Manor Solomon Leeds is out due to a hamstring issue. Up to the conclusion of the season, the Tottenham Hotspur player is on loan.

Farke stated: “Manor Solomon is not playing in this game (against Coventry). It is evident that he had back issues, which led to hamstring issues. At the very least, I hope to have him back for Norwich, if not the final game before the international break. Without a doubt, he will miss this game.

Daniel James
The winger’s hamstring injury has kept him out of action lately. Since the end of August, he has not appeared.

Daniel James is currently out; nevertheless, it seems likely that he will return following the international break, according to Farke. It will be advantageous if he is available for a game beforehand. After [the break], I anticipate him returning to the race.

Potential return date: Sheffield United on October 18

Max Wober
He’s been having trouble with a knee problem. The defender is back with the Whites after serving as a loanee at Borussia Monchengladbach for the previous term.

The most recent information regarding his status has been released by Farke: “Max will also miss this game; he wasn’t included in the matchday squad due to a setback he suffered in training on Friday before Cardiff. He has some persistent issues with his knee. We’ll find out in the next days as our medical department makes every effort to discover a conservative answer.

“We attempted to get him back into team training, but if this doesn’t work and he is unable to return, we will need to make a choice in the coming days. Then, we would probably have to have surgery, which would cause him to lose a few weeks of time. However, we’re hoping to get him back into training early the next week.”
Junior Firpo, Patrick Bamford, and Pascal Struijk
The three have all surfaced as possible questions for Leeds. They’ll have to evaluate each one separately before deciding.

“We had a few issues following the last game,” Farke stated. Junior (Firpo), who missed the first part of this week, returned to training today. Pascal (Struijk) was having some difficulty with his adductors. Depending on the body’s response, but I’m cautiously optimistic. After taking a hit, Patrick Bamford missed yesterday’s training session, but he returned today, so I’m very sure he’ll be available.

“The biggest unknown is Pascal, who was unable to workout even today. Though I would advise being cautiously optimistic, there is undoubtedly a chance, and he has to train for our final session tomorrow. This is his last chance to show whether or not he is available. We must adjust to the situation as it is.”
