Tonight, Nottingham Forest will travel to Molineux to play Wolves. The Reds hope to enjoy themselves in the snow during their brief stay in the West Midlands.

Over the past 48 hours, a heavy layer of snow has blanketed the nation, and Forest will be hoping to leave Wolves snowed in this evening.

The club led by Nuno Espirito Santo is coming off five consecutive victories, with Matz Sels keeping three clean sheets in goal during the previous three.

With Wolves improving under Vitor Pereira throughout the Christmas season, tonight’s match presents the team with a very difficult test.

Nevertheless, it’s a game that gives Forest another opportunity to score, and a victory tonight would put the Reds over 40 after 20 games.

Although we don’t anticipate many changes, Murillo did hobble out of the warm-up during Forest’s most recent match against Everton.

However, it appears that his injury is not severe, and if healthy, we expect him to take Morato’s place next to Nikola Milenkovic.

With Ola Aina playing right-back and Neco Williams looking to maintain his own strong play on the left, there is no need to switch full-backs.

Sels will play between the posts and put on the gloves once more.

Engine room in the forest
It would be unjust to remove any player from the squad for tonight’s match after they defeated Everton so handily.

However, Nicolas Dominguez might be another casualty as Espirito Santo substitutes Ryan Yates, who was suspended and missed the encounter at Goodison Park.

It would take a very courageous person to bench him in addition to Elliot Anderson, who leads the team with five assists after a stellar holiday season in which he played as a traditional midfielder.

Chris Wood, who led the Forest line, scored 12 goals against Everton and will once more play in the attacking position.

As the Reds consider their options for the summer window, Wood will want to keep scoring goals as Forest is linked to Igor Jesus this month.

There may be another change behind the talisman as Callum Hudson-Odoi looks to recover from the injury that prevented him from playing for Everton.

With Anthony Elanga looking to maintain his recent strong play from the right side, he could enter on the left.

From the number ten spot, Morgan Gibbs-White will try to silence his old team once more.

Included in the Forest vs. Wolves matchup
There is a lot of talent on the Forest bench these days.

Espirito Santo will make the three changes we expect tonight, with Sosa, Dominguez, and Morato all dropping to the bench.

Jota Silva, James Ward-Prowse, Willy Boly, Harry Toffolo, and Taiwo Awoniyi all entered the game against Everton.

Carlos Miguel will start as the backup goalie tonight, and we anticipate seeing those players return to the bench.

Zach Abbott may not be able to make it this evening since he is training with the first team.
